This tempo-paced style of Activations (workouts) are built from foundational principles and through longer held tempos, works to restore the healthy flow, energize your mind, body and soul in our bodies. By diving deeply into each Activation, we open up any blockages in order to release your energy to grow freely. We Activate your body + soul through movement, breath and music. 

 

Classes are programmed for all fitness levels.

Here to inspire you to take your workout and life to the next level. 

My name is Stephanie and I am a fitness coach out of San Diego, Ca. I have been coaching for 8+ years and started my fitness journey while I was really young. I started playing soccer when I was 3 years old all the way through to adulthood. Fitness has always been a part of my life but not until years ago did it become my therapy too. Fitness changed my life not just physically but mentally. It changed my perspective on life. And that is why I created the Activate Method, a well rounded workout that is not just physical but restorative for the mind and soul too. 

 

My classes are energetic, thoughtful, intentional and a wholesome workout. I believe in having breakthroughs and promise that you will have a breakthrough and clarity through movement. I start classes with intention, setting the foundations for the activation, we dive deep into each song, releasing energy and any expectations. You will leave feeling on top of the world, with thoughtful action steps to move forward to your life goals.
